mental health Resources
It can be difficult to navigate the mental healthcare system in Canada. It’s made up of a patchwork of different programs and services, some delivered publicly and others delivered privately. Determining what programs or treatments are available, the possible costs involved, and the best place to begin can feel daunting.

Consider searching online or consult with a family member, friend, or another health professional for alternate resource recommendations. As well, since our office is not formally affiliated with these services and resources, we cannot guarantee their availability.
