About Greg

I grew up in Kitchener-Waterloo and moved to Toronto in 2009. I am a Registered Psychotherapist with 20 years of experience helping clients who struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma and I have a special interest in treating Substance Use Disorders (Addiction) and Bipolar Disorder. I have a BA in social work from the University of Waterloo and an Addiction Careworker diploma from McMaster University.

My work with clients is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy and Mindfulness. Throughout my career I have worked at top mental health and addiction facilities in Ontario including Homewood Health Centre and Bellwood Health Services in their inpatient and outpatient programs.

I consider myself a warm and compassionate Psychotherapist who is committed to improving my clients’ mental wellness by providing a caring, empathetic and professional approach to therapy. I love North York, where I live with my wife and two rescue sibling cats, Harry and Lola.
